Hymn is a slender young man who very much looks short for his age. Don't call him out on it, he knows. He has violet cat-like eyes and short, ash blond hair. There is also a streak of pinkish-red hair in his bangs. He is obviously and visually twins with Elegy!

Able to grow/shrink himself, objects, and other people, does not change the strength/make up of the item or person, just size-changing. Cannot change parts of people/items, it's wholesale shrink/grow. Can be canceled via other blessings, and wears off over time if he doesn't cancel it himself. The biggest he can go on the boat is double his size.
Through the Looking Glass
Able to create portals ala Portal games-style, can have up to 2 open at a time max. He has to be physically present in a room to open a portal there, but he can then move himself into another room/location and open a second portal there to connect the two. People/objects can be moved through the portal as long as they can fit, and once the first portal's size has been established, the second portal will be of a matching size. Can close portals remotely! But opening will always require him being present.
The appearance of these portals is identical to a mirror's surface, for disguising and name aesthetic reasons.

Through physical touch, Hymn is able to consciously alter a person's current mood to one of four, happy/sad/angry/calm.
Lasts for 5-10 minutes after he loses physical contact, can be cancelled by other blessings, can be overcome with enough willpower.

Limelight AU
Originally born to parents under Unholy Disorder under the name Macaw, their parents were terrible at being actual parents and the twins grew up severely neglected. Their Holy Order Lesbian Aunts decided to finally step in around age 10 and took guardianship of them both, renaming him to Hymn (Myn to friends). As a result, he and his sister are extremely appreciative to aunts and that is why they stay with Holy Order but Hymn's soul is definitely not Pure of Order.
Hymn's Father-approved day job is working as Elegy's camera assistant/editor for her mukbang channel/travel vlog. Everyone who knows his family knows he does this. Specifically, he's in charge of keeping up with trends and helping her maintain her social media. Uses the handle Myny for all of this.
His other job he's trying very hard not to let his aunts find out about is that he also freelances as a paparazzi photographer. Has at least seven restraining orders against him. MaKarma is his paparazzi handle.
